March, 2024: Three Stars At Best - This practice offers the fast food approach to healthcare - get em in and get em out. When you are awake enough from the procedure to move, a nurse will hand you your clothes and a written summary of the procedure, and quickly send you on your way. It will be up to you to decipher. Prior to the procedure, if you have questions, good luck getting a timely call back. If their one size fits all approach doesn't somehow work well for you, you will encounter an attitude of indifference. This current experience was very different than the one experienced 5 years ago. In the future, I will be opting for a more quality, individualized plan of care with feedback post procedure and a staff who seems to care about their patients.
