Worst Standard of Care EVER
I do not recommend this faciity. I was left over Memorial Day weekend without a refill of Gabapentin because when I called on Wednesday the staff entered the request to refill wrong. When I called on Friday at noon they said they could only put in for an urgent request. Then, I called back at 3pm and the staff told me there was nothing they could do, everyone had left. I was left on three day weekend without nerve pain medicine AFTER an epidermal the week before. That is how bad the pain was. I pleaded with them to find a person to call it in and they just kept saying,' we can't help you, the doctor has left.' It was only 3pm and I had called at 1:30 that day and on a Wednesday.
