Monica is very attentive, professional, down to earth, kind and caring. She's very open to suggestions. Answers all your questions and if she's unsure, she'll find an answer. I feel heard & understood. I may be older but that's never been an issue. When we all lost Heather, Monica helped me through the grief which i experienced a lot of from 2022 until now. Depression & grief are 2 of the hardest emotions a person can live with and I'm so grateful to God for sending Monica into my life. Everyone has different experiences with therapy but this practice is well worth a try as any. Everyone deserves to be happy. This is by far the best practice I've been to because they have real empathy and actually care. Holly Lewis specifically, and Dr. DuBose, are genuine and very effective psychiatrists, and they never give up hope for their patients' recovery. I am very, very impressed by all of the doctors, therapist, and staff at Future Psych Solutions. I have been a patient there for 5 years and this really is the best place to go for mental health needs.

I had 1 appt with Heather Sarkis. They never called me to make a 2nd appt, though they were scheduled to. I called 3 weeks later myself to make the 2nd appointment and left a voicemail. They never called me back. I called again, 2 weeks later, and finally spoke to someone who set up my next appt, but not before trying to gaslight me into believing that someone MAY have called me and I missed it somehow, though oddly there were no missed calls or messages on my phone and my chart was never notated that anyone tried to call me to make an appt after I had reached out to them multiple times. Shame, shame, shame on you for trying to gaslight a patient. Sent an email to my contact Nurse Heather Sarkis who later told me she received my email about not getting a call for a second appointment, and how she ignored it. They don't seem to have time to help you. So good luck.

First off let me start out my saying I absolutely love Holly! I was in a REALLY low and desperate place when I met her. I had just came out of treatment and had PTSD from my last psych and the meds she had me on. Holly was so understanding and easy to talk to, I felt comfortable right away. She recommended a few meds that would stabilize me and told me if I had any problems I could contact her anytime through the portal. I love how personal and easy going she is. If it wasn’t for her and her area of expertise I wouldn’t be where I am today! She changed my life and now I am on the lowest dose of my meds. It’s a great feeling to have a psych who really cares about your well being and not just there to dip you up on meds. I highly recommend her to anyone!
