Piedmont Podiatry Associates

I drove for 40 minutes to my 10 am appt. I had two grandchildren with me so it was quite the feat to get us all there on time. Was told I had an unpaid balance that I had to pay before I could be seen. I asked why they didn't tell me that information when I called to make the appt. She didn't answer just looked at me. Asked what the charges were for and they had actually charged me 200 dollars just for the office visit plus another 200 for callous removal. I asked if I could pay half and she said no. I would think they would prefer some payment to no payment. I do pay my bills but was unaware I owed 157 dollars from prior visit. Did not get to see the Dr and had to just return home. I will never go back to them and beg you to run from this practice. The front desk lesson was so unfriendly and never smiled. She acted like I was a bother and worthless.
