Greenville ENT

I made an appointment 12 months ago to accomplish four things: establish care (I got my CI at Duke, and Greenville ENT is closer to me), have an audiogram done to update my CI, and get my spare sound processor tuned and have an earpiece made for it.When I made the first appointment 12 months ago, I explained in detail what I wanted done. Over the last year, they have canceled four appointments on short notice, and I had to make five trips to Greenville to accomplish these simple tasks. Once, I went down to have an audiogram and meet with the doctor; when I got there, they said the doctor couldn't make it, so I would have to come back.Then they made the earpiece with a closed fitting; I have a hybrid implant because I have some low-frequency hearing in the affected ear, it should be an open fitting.It's not Greenville ENT's problem that I live 1:15 from their office; however, what that means for me is that I have to block off half a day from work to make the trip and appointment; th

Dr. Frazier was excellent. The office staff is why I would say stay the he'll away. I kept receiving a bill which had been paid. I gave them the date and credit card number. Tina told me that they had switched systems and the old system showed I owed the money but not to worry about it. I continued to receive bills. I talked with the office manager as well as Tina again. I was assured I owed no money. After a few days Tina called and said the only way to fix the problem was for them to issue me a refund to my credit card and then I could repay after the credit card showed my refund. On the same day I got the refund I got a letter from a collection agency asking for the money. You can have the best doctors in town but the office staff will ruin the company. I do NOT RECOMEND.

My visit was in early April. They took a test and submitted it. I called back after the weekend passed and they only had results for half the test I called back two more times and was told the results were not in. I was also told that I would be called when they were in. After a month when I call I am now put on hold and no one answers. The last time I called they offered to call me back and I would not lose my place in line. Obviously there is no place in line because I never received a call back. To me their lack of caring is appalling.

I am extremely pleased with the care provided prior to and after my lens replacement. The entire staff along with Dr. Brian Shelley was fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend Jervey Eye Group to anyone contemplating lens replacement.
