After being misdiagnosed at another facility's ER by their trauma surgeon, I was so fortunate to find Dr. William Whiteside at Tidelands Orthopedics in Murrells Inlet. I worked directly in the medical field until retiring, and I can honestly say Dr. Whiteside is the best! His knowledge is superb and he is very caring. There is never a rushed appointment. He kept a close eye on my left and right ankle fractures, and after surgery on each ankle, he was so good with post-op recovery, x-rays, and communications. I absolutely have to say the same about his PA Josh McCaslin. He is amazing also and the best PA I have ever encountered. They are the best team, and I have so much respect for them! I truly wouldn’t be walking now, with my deteriorating bone situation, if it wasn’t for them. I also can’t say enough about the office staff! They are so helpful and special too!
