Quoted from their website, however patient experience and quality of care is definitely not a priority for the front desk staff or medical assistant at this location. My son needed to be seen and the staff refused to check him in until they had physical proof of insurance. We have new insurance and have not received our cards yet. Even after my insurance carrier called the office and provided verification of coverage, they would not allow my son to be checked in until they received the fax verification from my insurance company. Meanwhile, another parent and patient walked in and did not have to provide proof of their coverage. The front desk staff proceeded to taunt and laugh about the situation. Multiple requests to speak with a supervisor were denied by the staff and I was told there is no supervisor on the weekends and I would have to wait until Monday to speak with their clinical manager.
