Poor health care

When I first started using Affinity Healthcare (2 yrs ago), they were an excellent medical facility. However, they are completely opposite of this fact, now. I have had nothing but problem after problem for at least the 6 months. Anywhere from something little like calling about an appointment to be put on hold for at least 20 mins only to be hung up on, to something as major as med refills. I have had to wait recently for over 2 weeks for my blood pressure meds to be filled. I have been on one medication for at least ten years, and the new doctor (now my 4th or 5th doctor there) decides she isn't prescribing any longer because she doesn't fill that long term. We will be finding a doctor with their own practice to take over my care. I'm very very disappointed in Affinity. They should be ashamed for making me wait for my more important medications longer than week on at least 3-4 different times.
