I have been trying for 8 days to get 3 prescriptions filled. Sent request online, waited 3 days and was told it wasnt called in. I called Shiland and they left message for nurse to call it in Monday. I told them I'm out of meds. Today is Monday and still not called in. Called Shiland again and was on hold a total of 40 mins before call was answered. Told them I'm in pain and having side effects because I've been without meds 4 days. I was told Nurse said it would be called in tomorrow. Told them please call in today or I may end up in hospital tonight. She said she'd leave Nurse another message. Just called pharmacy and Shiland hasnt called. Unbelievable!!
