I tried for two days during the week of June 19, 2023 to contact the office by phone. Decided to stop at the office in person. Evidently I was seen in the office three years ago. At that time I had two sleep studies and started using a Cpap machine. I was not having any difficulty sleeping or using the machine. My insurance changed back to an acceptable one. I was told at the office that since I had not been seen in three years I would be considered a new patient and would need a referral from my PCP. When I requested an appointment I was told the practice was not accepting new patients. What?! I am in the system and only needed a RX to obtain supplies. Now I am stuck not getting needed supplies.
