Billing practices
Before I started with this practice I verified that they accepted my insurance. They verified that they did. The staff were mostly pleasant.I initially required cleanings, but they found other things that they said needed to be done. My insurance company stated that I was not responsible for some of the billings. I sent copies of my insurance company report stating that. I kept getting billed and kept stating my insurance denied that I was responsible for the amount. They sent my account to a collection agency.
