DO NOT GO HERE!! The doctors don't care. They will tell you that they can take you as a patient and that they're calling your absolutely needed medication, only to continuously call for 2 weeks and find out that they, in fact, never called the prescriptions in and sent you a certified letter in the mail simply stating that they refuse to take me as a patient now, with no explanation. And when they're not doing that, they will continuously push you off on the urgent care in Pelzer (who is a FANTASTIC doctor) because they don't want to spend the money running test to find out what is actually wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER!!!!

Every encounter that I have had with Completed Healing & Wellness has been unpleasant. My grandmother who is 79 yo was a pt here. My mother and I took her to her appts. My grandmother has chronic comorbidities which require labs. Every 3 months, she has to self schedule to get labs OR remind them of why she has an appt to begin with. Additionally, she started a series of knee injections as the cartilage in her knee is wearing out. She received 1 steriod injection and 1 hydrogel injection. When we arrived for the 2nd hydrogel injection we were told they did not have the medication. Since then, she has shown up for an additional appt and was turned around because they didn't have the medication, and they called once to cancel her appt b/c they didn't have the medication. I would not recommend this office to anyone, and especially someone who has chronic issues that warrant ongoing attention and care. There is no follow through from this office and they never return calls. 0/5 stars
