Creekside Medical Clinic

I made an appointment for a 'wellness screening' to fulfill a requirement for my employer (to be covered at 100%) with Dr. Kyle Larson at Creekside Medical Clinic.  I had sent in the “wellness form” before I went.  When I arrived I stated why I was there . I repeated that I was only there for the 'wellness screening'.    I nurse took me back to an exam room and I stated to her that I was only here for the 'wellness screening'.  She checked my blood pressure, height and weight.  When Dr. Larson finally came in, he listened to my lungs and asked if I had any other issues.  I replied that I was only there for what was covered under the 'wellness screening.'  He asked if I was interested in scheduling a colonoscopy which I declined.  He asked if I need a shingles vaccine which I declined, and restated I was only here for the 'wellness screening.'  He asked If I needed medications refilled which I stated would be fine. I was in the room less that 23 minutes before I was taken to

Long-time patient, have always been treated efficiently and with care and concern. Would gladly recommend Steve Sachs, Jenna Dormann, and everyone else in this Practice.

As a new patient, looking for a new primary care physician. I expected too much, I guess. Checking in the staff was Stand-off-Ish. 'No warm welcomes here'. since I scheduled my app't and now the website changed. They 'had' a specific listing of preventative womans care services, when I scheduled my app't, I was very specific. That listing is now gone/changed.When I get there, doctors nurse asks me why I am there? I had to sign consent forms that I will pay extra if I take up too much of the doctor time for other?I ask nurse 'why are you asking me why I am here'? I am here for woman's wellness exam with pap as I said when I scheduled app't based on your webpage. You don't know why I am here? I get belittled. Then when I ask doctor same thing, she acts the same & says that sometimes front desk doesn't schedule app't reasons correctly, so they have to ask patients why they are there? Then why when I say for wellness exam did that seem to confuse them? Doctor was not at all personable.
