Hurry up and wait, then reschedule
I have waited for 30-45 minutes past my appointments to be seen. I drive two hours for a visit, I sit in the rear seat with my child who does not swallow to suction, so I am dependent on a driver to take me. I am in the parking lot 5 minutes late, by the time I get in it I’m 13 minutes late there is no one in the waiting room and I’m told I will have to reschedule. I have given mountains of grace to this facility, received none in return. I understand you have appointments you need to keep but the parking lot was practically empty and the waiting room was empty this was a power play. Guess you win. Disappointed in your humanity!
