I had an emergency. Called for two days and no one answered the phone. When I finally got a hold of them they said they were understaffed and overwhelmed so they didn’t answer phones for a couple days. Wow that must be some luxury to ignore current patients with an emergency. I told them that I was in a lot pain but Morgan said they couldn’t see me until possibly the next week. I kept telling her it was an emergency and she kept telling me how sorry she was but that they are so booked up and that there was nothing they could do. So I pushed back and they got me in the next day at 9 to see Dr. Val. What a smug, uncaring individual. Her tone and demeanor were abhorrent. The dental assistant actually was the only one who had helped me up until that point in time. She was amazing. I’m leaving that office and taking my whole family with me. I’m disgusted at how Dr. Val was. Since Dr. Tom left which was not that long ago ( maybe a month) I’m sure there have been some interesting changes.
