I can't schedule an appt

I am sure this doctor is great but i can't get the scheduler to call me after school. I teach and we are not supposed to carry our phones around. I have been called repeatedly while I'm teaching and I miss those calls. I have requested to be called after 3 many, many times. I have started carrying my phone around while I teach and now she isn't calling me at all. I called today and after waiting online I was disconnected. I have horrible symptoms and am at my wit's end. I hope someone will see this message and get Victoria the scheduler to do what she needs to do for people who are worried and suffering.
