SCHEDULE BETTER!

I really like Dr. Tusa but when I arrived at my appointment time today (6-21-24, 10:50 am), I was on my lunch hour from work. At 12:01, I finally went to the desk to ask what the problem was. I was told there were still SIX more people ahead of me! I left without seeing the doctor.This office staff needs to learn how to schedule appointments. Obviously, they are overbooking him and this needs to stop.
