Where is our medical records
Usually I would give this clinic a 5 stars but now it's 1 star. I have never thought that this clinic would ever disappoint their clients. I know this is a long shot but I'm hoping someone from people clinic will see this and help not just me but all clients. We need our records, I have a special needs who really need her records and for a clinic who we have been with since 2007 and just ignore their clients and help to get our records. Their are clients who has paid the fee to receive their records and still haven't seen anything. I know Dr. Cole would not allow this so for this clinic to drop from the face of this earth. Shame on you guys all we want is our medical records.
