Impossible to communicate with
The physicians and nurse practitioner we dealt with at Covenant Health were fine. Administrative people were terrible to deal with. Getting a request to a provider who we had dealt with previously couldn't happen. Trying to get information about a billing/payment issue was awful. I never did reach 'the human' who could help me with that one.We have finally given up and moved to new GP and Cardiac physicians with another group.
