Doctor Monroe was nice but seemed to diminish my symptoms, borderline patronizing, which concerns me. I initially wanted to see Dr Gentry but the front desk was incredibly rude and refuse to allow me to schedule an appointment with him stating that I would be booked out 4 months which I was OK with but now I am seeking another doctor entirely due to the lady whom I spoke with. The front desk does not get to dictate whom I see for professional help in regards to my health. I do. I will not be back as I feel like I have better chances with a walk in clinic at this point. Im beyond upset with the state of American medical care. The doctors at this facility should really consider new people for their front desk. I have never felt as dehumanized as I have by them.
