Cookeville VA Clinic

I have not seen such poor care since the '60s. Two nurses that are supposed to be part of my PAC team, have taken the attitude that they do not have to not respond to my request for an appointment. They tried to tell me that, I could not request it by secured mail. They have lied regarding the results of my chest x-ray, when I inquired about the results the nurse said the results are not in yet. That was a lie the report form is ready in three days for VA, the patients portal is up in four days. I guess they missed that where it said I could see the results in four days online. I obtained a copy on the 4th day I inquired on the 4th she said not in yet. I have Covid with Phenomena coughing all the time and they are just ignoring me I feel that the two nurses should be dismissed at once for not performing their duties in a professional manner. I called the person that oversees the clinic, she has not returned my call. I called her boss and she has returned my call either

I refuse to allow one desk clerk to wait on me. EXTREMELY rude. She knows who she is. Needs to be fired, but I was told their jobs are federally protected. Because of COVID I have requested telehealth and they have denied me. I’m not going to a waiting room in a medical facility which is the NUMBER ONE place to contract COVID. There is one ray of sunshine, Nurse Loretta. Unlike others, she ALWAYS treats me with respect and care.
