They claimed that numerous calls to me had been attempted and even a message left. I asked what number they used and she repeated the number. Interestingly enough, the number is my business cell phone which is on 24-7 and there is no missed call, connected call or voicemail from upper Cumberland urology or from Cookeville Regional Hospital in the last three months. This place has never been the same since Dr Moore left and as part of Cookeville Regional it has steadily gone downhill. Cookeville Regional is not what it used to be. Twice in the last three years I have had billing dept there calling me in advance of an appointment, asking me to pay in advance of even the appointment! Greedy and uncaring corporate entity.
