Patient BEWARE! You think it’ll be great since you can telehealth. Then the NP has to start her speil from the beginning if she is interrupted with a question. Reception can’t take messages properly. Nurses apparently don’t call patients back bc they’re “busy”. So if you need help from a nurse, just go to the ER. At least then the doctor will actually know what question you asked. Rather than a receptionist telling you three times that …… but the information is in direct contradiction to what you asked. Over a week later and still no response from anyone who can actually attempt to get an accurate answer. Furthermore, there has been zero comment about further testing for a possible issue that popped up. And zero referral to a doctor who actually treats the original condition. But hey, they can bill those codes and be a middle man without actually taking care of patients. Horrible! Do not go there.
