I got new insurance last year and made sure to call and ask 3x if it would be in network, because who else better to ask than the practice, RIGHT. I was told yes each time. After my appt I received a bill. It was not covered because of the Office Managers incompetence to even bother checking. I made the head Dr aware of this, he didnt care. I was made to pay all of it, even when it wasnt my mistake. I would go somewhere else if they cant do something this simple. There are several front office employees that were nice but they will stab you in the back when you don't expect it.
