Competent care
I had a physical plus needed some Rxs refilled. Easy to get in to see a doctor. Wait time neglible. I found the support staff to be friendly, competent, and caring. Doctor listened well, did everything I asked. My only complaints were that doctor seemed to be a skeptic of HRT) and asked to pray over me at the end. Also that they made me pay $200 upfront because they didn't like my insurance's reimbursement policy. (To be fair, I don't either!)

Horrible practice
I have absolutely no faith in this practice. My physician, Dr. Alford, is great, but you can't pay me enough money to trust her staff. They are ineffective and inefficient. And good luck actually speaking with your doctor. They require you to make an appointment for every single ailment. I will be finding a new provider ASAP.

Horrible environment
All the staff there has a bad attitude. No one wants to help you or anyone else. Probably because they are micromanaged in everything they do. I was forced into doing tests that I did not feel that I needed done. I felt like the only reason they did the tests was for my money.

Rude staff that are unwilling to provide quality care during the holidays. I would recommend finding a different primary care practice that have staff who will answer the phone with compassion and seek to do everything they can to provide quality care. Midsouth Internal Medicine is NOT the place.
