BILLING DEPT IS A NIGHTMARE
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had to have an emergency procedure done at the END of June. Since it was within 24 hours, OMS stated I had to pay for the procedure 100% out of pocket and insurance would pay after a filed claim. OMS would issue me a check for the difference. Two months go by and I have to call and check the status, as I had not been contacted. It took them over a week to call me back. They apparently filed it with the wrong insurance, even though correct insurance was given at check in. Debra assures me she will get it filed that night and depending on how long the insurance company takes to process it could take up to two weeks to process and receive a check. Fast forward another month, my insurance has still not even received a claim for my procedure and no one from management has returned my calls.This place is a headache. I’m now having to take time out of my day to make sure Debra is doing her job. Which she is not.I don’t appreciate it.
