An important tissue sample from my body was from a surgical procedure that was performed by a unqualified Surgeon. This part of my tissue was not properly handled from Franklin Woods Community Hospital (Ballard Health), my Surgeon was suppose to perform my Surgery at or around 1:15 P.M. EST. They wheeled me in O.R. at 4:49 P.M. EST. I basically was placed in a holding room without any food for greater than 19 hours because I was instructed for pre-op to hold off intake midnight the night before for a lobedectomy. There was other issues that were pointed out in Surgeon's office during my visit with him, there was no pre-op ultrasounds of my thyroid, no scans, no MRI, no CAT scans, The (ATA)- American Thyroid Association guidelines were not followed because the Surgeon knew of lymph node enlargements in numerous parts of the neck, upper chest and on the back of base of the skull. This Surgeon does not deserve the title behind his name= F.A.C.S. because he was not following protocol.
