Today was my first time to visit your office. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment to fill out all the paper work that has to be filed first. I was then directed to the lobby where I was to wait until my name was called. I waited 35 minutes past me appointment time, then I was finally directed to a small room and was told nothing about a further delay.I waited there until I was over a hour in total time waiting. No one instructed me that my doctor was running late, called out in an emergency or was even there at all.I told the lady at the counter that I had been waiting over an hour and I had to leave. She never offered any information about the delay, nor did she offer me the option of a reschedule.This is a sad commentary for any professional office to leave their clients hanging as if we don't have a life beyond their appointment delays. Needless to say, I'll be serviced elsewhere.
