Awful Experience with Billing
HPC filed the wrong insurance (state plan vs national plan) and then sent me the bill. I asked to file the insurance correctly and they told me to ignore future correspondence until they could resolve the issue. The next mailer I received was a threat to be turned over to collections. All they could do is blame the post office. Be aware of their billing practices.
