Overbooked and chaotic
1.5 hours past my appointment time and I was still not seen. Meanwhile, others that came in after me were seen promptly. Looks like they pick and choose who to see and when. Was forced to leave to get back to work without receiving the care I came for. Would not recommend.

They replaced the lens in my right eye April 22nd of 2021, the left eye May 6th. I paid $950 per lens for astigmatism correction, BIG mistake. These lenses cause "flickering", a strobe effect attributed to these implants for over a decade on web forums. Any light in my field of vision will flash, making me keep the eye nearer to the light closed. Nothing relieves this to help with the fatigue and headaches it causes. After several visits to optometrists and surgeon, I'm being treated as a nuisance and told to come back for my appointments, implying not sooner. Seven months after implants were complete, I have to avoid fluorescent lights, wear gradient tinted lenses, dark side shields and a baseball cap to shield my eyes from bright light. As I sit in my office, if I look straight out the window, everything is fine. But as soon as I shift my focus to the computer screen the brighter light from outdoors causes my entire field of vision to flicker. They seem to think I'll get used to that
