Gastrointestinal Associates

I work in healthcare I know how important patient care is!! This office is a joke. Not once but twice!! They have failed to do their job causing me to go multiple months with no answers and are continuing to do so!!! Even complained to the nurse manager about my case only to get a nurse to call me back with an attitude.

They are horrible doctors and miserable people.

I went to this group 10 years ago. I went to another group 5 years ago. INSURANCE dictates where I go, not my choice. I had an appt with this group, made recently, just over a month ago but a few days before my appt the office called. The Dr refuses to see me because he and the group take great offence when you see another DR not in their group. Since I went to another Dr five years ago, the group got their egos bruised and my appt was cancelled plus I was told I wasn't welcome to go to that group now or in the future. They refuse me as a patient. I tried to tell the staff member that I have no choice, it is my insurance who makes the decision as to what Dr I see. But, the arrogance and rudeness, seems to win as there was no concern for me, the patient, and what ever health issues I have right now. Nope, they don't care, their egos were bruised when I saw another Dr five years ago.

Be sure to carefully pick your provider in this group, because once you've seen someone here, you won't be allowed to switch to another provider in the group.
