Expect to wait 1-2 hours after your appt time
Appt scheduled for 2:30 pm. Still waiting to be seen at 3:40 pm. Once I can understand, but this is not the first time having to wait like this. And yes, I checked in and completed my check in documentation before my appt time. All of this for what will be a 5 min appt where I'm told my test results are all good. They could do that in an email instead of charging for an office visit and making patients wait unnecessarily.
