Donna White is extremely unprofessional,went there to For first visit apex 1 year ago ,to set up an mri with a provider. Before I left I was prescribed pain meds and Xanax combination that I never even ask for or didnt go there for , my sister actually referred me there and also took me there my first visit , I am in heart failure ,diabetic spondylosis through entire spine , so now because of her lack of knowledge as a apn I am addicted to opiates and Xanax and fighting for my life everyday between the pain and now dealing with the affects of these dangerous meds and my heart failure,she has shared my medical information with a another apn that is kin to me and she has spoken to family members that are not my been allowed to see my medical records , Idismissed Donna on the 30 th of June and I received a letter today dismissing me ,,some nerve this practice has !!!! I have reported you and will file suit You can thank Donna and her arrogance , and now one stop , staff is great
