Everything is paper and they mix stuff up
The short story is that they gave me one medication and instructions for a different medication. Luckily I realized the issue but I did not feel safe continuing with my procedure after that and the person I spoke to was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Don't go here if you don't like medical mistakes. Everything is paper and they don't use modern systems.The woman that I talked to when I explained the medication mix up was more concerned with the semantics of our discussion then the fact that they mixed up the instructions and the actual drugs they prescribed. This is the only practice I've ever been to that can't call in a prescription, and doesn't seem to have email to send you information.
