I contacted them about records they was supposed to send to the VA and was told they had other important calls to take. Staff is very rude and disrespectful.

I have been fortunate and not needed to visit an orthopaedic doctor much in my life, so maybe this is how all offices are. There is an immediate x ray, every visit, fine. However, you never speak to the same person twice, so by the time the PA is in the room,the message has been interpreted and watered down several times over. The PA that I have had to see the last two times has made her mind up long before even seeing me. Her student observer conducted a minor physical exam that didn't highlight any of the original claim. Zero physical exam is done by the PA, vague questions are asked, nods are given and when I try to further explain actual issues and duration of the injury, I'm nodded at and basically told 'yep, current opinion stands' as if to say, don't ask again. It's impossible to get into a better orthopaedic office for an emergency, so I was stuck with this one again. And now I completely see why they are able to get patients in so quickly, the PA there could not care less.
