From start to finish, this experience was HORRIBLE. We waited over two and a half hours both times we were there. Dr. Holt never once asked how my mother was feeling. She did not wait for the numbing drops to work before diving into a painful cornea procedure. She pulled tweezers out of her lab coat pocket to remove a contact lens... without even sterilizing them! The waiting rooms are jam packed with people - elbow to elbow. The office is beautiful, but the staff is uncaring and unfriendly. The schedulers don't return phone calls and Dr. Holt has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever encountered. She was patronizing and negative, and after telling us she only had access to the procedure room on Friday afternoons and was not there every Friday, invited us to go elsewhere to have the next procedure done. Just WHAT? Guess she has more business than she wants.

The office staff is horrible. Worst office experience of my life!

I have been a patient of Dr. Paul Pruett for over 5 years; he has helped me with my diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma and dI'm very grateful to him. The staff is always very personable.

Friendly helpful front desk and check out. I had cataract surgery and laser treatments. Doctors were great.
