Incompetent and liars

Today was the last straw, having been lied to by a nurse in the past, and then today watch as they took an individual, whom just been told they didn't have an appoint today, it was actually tomorrow, be taken in for blood work, when it was 25 minutes past my appointment time for the lab. VERY Disrespectful!
