Don’t use this clinic
DO NOT use Eastwood Medical Clinic. Worst medical service ever! They can’t get their referrals and prior authorization correct and when you call it’s everyone else’s issue. Tried to explain to them they were my Primary Care Manager and need to do the referrals. I selected them off TRICARE’s find a physician, signed up with Dr. Bethany Russell. Between me and my spouse neither ever meet Dr Russell or talked to her. Called multiple times to talk to management about the referral and got NO where. 10 weeks and still NO resolution.Fired them 29 April and today I get this letter in the mail. Called Leigh Horton office administrator to ask who her boss was and she told me she doesn’t have a boss. (Hard to believe!)STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL CLINIC, especially if you have TRICARE. They have NO clue how to deal with TRICARE.
