Update: Since the last review, the services havereally declined. I go to my every 6 month check up and lab appts as scheduled. My medication refills should be x5 months for a 6 month supply. Pls tell me why if am running out of refills halfway thru and the pharmacy and myself have to make constant requests with no response. In Oct 2022 this happened and I was feeling bad. With no response on refills from the office I tried to make an appt that day. 5 hours later I have a stroke at work. Date 11-15-22, it was a Tuesday.Now, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, June 19-21, 2024, l I have tried to get a medication refilled that is for my fluid retention related to my heart disease. We left 3 msgs on the nurse line, Walmart faxed 3 times and tried to call with no answer. No med refill. We called Monday again. Omg, we talk to a human who says the providers nurse no longer works there. SO! Does this mean there is only one nurse and only she addresses the nurse line too? Where is the management at?
