Great Service but Dishonest
They are not straight forward regarding costs. I found out at the end of my visit that they no longer accept or file any insurance of any kind. They are now out of network with all insurance providers. I was never told this or given any kind of notification until I sat down to pick out glasses and asked about my benefits. I feel this is very dishonest. I have no complaints regarding the service. I feel like Dr. McBride is a good optometrist and I wish I didn't have to change doctors after several years, but the office staff needs to be more forthcoming regarding their insurance status.
