Very Unprofessional and lacks empathy

Surgeon lacks professionalism and empathy. Very disappointed with the bed side manners as well. Not prompt on providing prescriptions and does not follow up until few business days. Office hours though are every day, Surgeon only works at this location two days a week and every communication goes thru a portal and it takes forever to get a reply from the Surgeon. Overall a very bad experience for past three weeks. More than the pain from the Surgery, the experience with this Surgeon was more painful.
