Can't get an important referras
My dad had a open heart surgery and it took a week to get an appointment after the appointment I gave the PA names of doctor for a referral. I explain that this was very important. Guess what is almost four weeks and no referral. I call every week and even went in person and nothing yet. Don't bring your elderly here they will suffer `because they won't have the referral ready.
