GAPW is a horrible company; mostly due to lack of communication and failure to correct billing issues. To make a long story tolerable, I was overbilled for multiple appointments. My account balance through their portal shows that I am owed money. Their billing department even acknowledged the balance in June, indicating a refund would be processed the next day. It’s the middle of October and it still hasn’t been issued. They even ignored ALL attempts by the BBB to get a response! Want to call their office? They will NOT answer their phone. Want to leave a message for Billing? Your call has a 20% chance of being returned. Get so frustrated you leave multiple messages for the Office Manager? Your call will NOT be returned and your portal messages will be ignored. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
