They charged my ins co. $328 for x-rays and a comprehensive exam that I did not receive. I only got 4 x-rays (dental bitewings). The dentist only came in the room to introduce himself and agree with the hygienist. I needed deep cleaning and they made me come in 2 different times, saying that way my insurance would cover it. Charging $328 for each visit. My ins paid $182 for the 1st visit, I paid my portion for the next 2 visits, totaling $324. 110 days later when I go to cancel my next cleaning because of horrible services, they are now billing me $544 for the amount my ins didn't pay.On top of that! My husband who has extreme anxiety of the dentist was jerked around for 2 months, being told that he needed a root canal, 2 extractions, deep cleaning, & a crown. He would need anesthesia for the 2 procedures. They charged $264. When we went in to discuss the plan all they did was check his credit in the amount of 15K! He got a second opinion. Didn't need the root canal or the crown.

I have been a patient since early 2022 - I found them through a friend after my prior dentist retired. It has been a good choice. Dr. E (Evan Matthysse) is my dentist - he and the staff provide great care, work quickly, and are very friendly. Strong recommendation.
