I had a very concerning conversation with the receptionist at Dr. Kim's office today. I was calling to obtain medical records and understand risks with my condition in relation to a specific vaccination. It had been quite some time since my last visit, and was asking for clarification on my diagnosis within the notes. The receptionist said "I can't read your medical history confidently, I'm not a doctor." I said that I understood and she proceeded, "But we are recommending everyone get the vaccination without exception. No exemptions." .... You can't read my medical history confidently, but you're recommending I get the vaccination regardless of my medical information? Absolutely not. That's extremely dangerous and concerning that this being communicated to patients.
