Bandera Family Practice Clinic

The nurse's not all some are not professional and the attitude on some well all I can say it's like playing the lottery. Hopefully some will have a nurse that has a smile instead of'What are you here for'? Ugh I'm tired of getting bruises just from the blood pressure cuff. I have to say this practice isn't up to my standards. I've never been to a medical facility where I'm become nervous and being on the verge of having an anxiety attack. Please if anyone reads my testimony please take what I wrote in consideration.

A dog or a cat has a better chance of getting good medical care in the town of Bandera than a human being, and Bandera Family Practice Clinic is the worst. I was extremely ill with COVID Pneumonia recently and this Clinic abandoned me to fend for myself, even though I have supposedly been a patient of theirs for several years. What they did to me was inhuman and I wouldn't treat an animal the way they treated me. I had to depend on the Emergency Room for help because I had no other option. Stay away from Bandera Family Practice Clinic because they don't care what happens to their so-called patients.
