HORRIBLE
If I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would! This is absolutely the worst VA I have EVER been to. The doctors on staff have NO communication skills. Since my doctor retired after COVID, I ended up NOT getting an appointment for at least 2 years. When I finally did in March of this year, I have had to see 4 different doctors and have not been established with a permanent doctor yet. I have been coming to this VA for more than 15 years, and for some reason they had me as a new patient at the last appointment I went to. I am positive it was not my first appointment at the Beaumont VA! I can almost understand now how our veterans give up…
