The waiting time seems to increase with each appointment. One hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time before they brought me back. During this wait, a patient was coughing and hacking uncontrollably in the waiting area. And she was maybe 3 feet away from me. I hope I wasn’t exposed to COVID. Then I waited another ten minutes in the exam room. The actual visit lasted maybe 3 minutes. I like Dr. Kota. Hopefully, my next visit will be a better experience.
