This place is a joke!
First visit for a pre- employment lab and physical unprofessional staff, nurse was unable to find veins for labs - blowing two in the process, lost labs or didnt process correctly requiring a redraw afterwards, very slow moving office staff, ridiculously long process for me to get simple, routine physical. Note - second lab draw was done at a different location. Second visit with husband for dot physical over an hour wait for paperwork, slow process once again.

DOT Physical
Unprofessional, went in for a physical and they said I had sugar in my urine. Pricked my finger twice to take a blood test. They either didn't know how to use the tool or it didn't work. Told me to come back the next day to take another sample and I did and it was good. Waited two hours in the lobby for my med card. After waiting I asked if I could get my card and they told me the doctor was too busy and they would call me when it was ready. That was at 9:00am and it is now 2:30 and I still haven't heard form them. If you need a DOT physical go elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money.
