Long-Time Patient
I have been going to Cedar Park Pediatric and Family Medicine for at least 18 years. I started out with Dr. King who was always wonderful. He was always so busy that I started seeing Nurse Silva-Baeza and loved her as well. I felt she always took the time to understand my needs and was wonderful at explaining new meds, follow-ups, new conditions. I never felt rushed through an appointment. I guess something has changed in the past 6 - 12 months. It appears appointments are now strictly limited to 15 minutes. For my last 3 appointments, I have felt very rushed. I still love Nurse Silva-Baeza and feel like she remembers me but just not sure yet how to feel about being rushed through the appointment.

Dr Keegan is the best
Dr. Keegan has been my daughters pediatrician since birth. She has always been so kind and supportive. She is down to earth and so relatable- which for some reason can be hard to find in a Dr. sometimes. We just love her!

No care for patient well being
The pediatric side is good. However my child aged out of pediatrics and moved to the adult side. The doctors have neglected to send his prescriptions to the pharmacy even with us calling 3 times. The office just tells us they will let the doctor know. Of course, we were charged for the office visit but we can’t fill our prescriptions until the doctor sends them over.Thank goodness it isn’t a life saving medication. However my child’s well being shouldn’t have to suffer because he is unable to get his new medication. I urge anyone reading this to go to an practice that won’t take your money for visiting then never follow through.
